SEND Parent Forum
SEND Parent Forum
The SEND Parent Forum at Bapchild works in partnership with the school to strengthen communication and collaboration between families and staff. It provides a supportive space for parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to share experiences and to seek advice, guidance, and signposting to appropriate support. By working together, the forum helps ensure that parent voices are heard, needs are understood, and outcomes for children with SEND are continually improved.
The SEND Parent Forum is a place to:
- Share experiences, topic queries or questions, and suggestions related to SEND provision.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of SEND support at the school.
- Understand how the school supports pupils with SEND.
- Strengthen the partnership between the school and families, ensuring open, respectful, and productive communication.
