Year 6 Christmas Jamboree Event

Music teachers from Highsted and other local schools, including Mrs Julier, prepared some repertoire which was then sent out to all participating schools to learn. Year 6 rehearsed during their class music lessons and then walked to Highsted School. We had a full day of rehearsals and workshops. Then at about 4pm, parents were invited to come and watch a concert. Bapchild performed Sparkle and Shine from the Nativity film as an individual school item. Our year 6 performed an instrumental and vocal arrangement of 'We're Walking In the Air' and 'Do They Know It's Christmas?' and also sang 'The Holly and the Ivy' by John Gardiner. Everyone had a fabulous time,
